Welcome! This guide walks you through connecting CDK Drive to Siro via the Fortellis Marketplace. The setup takes less than 5 minutes.

Quick checklist

Before you start, make sure you have:
  • Your ConnectCDK login credentials
  • The dealer locations you want to connect (and any sub-accounts)
  • Email addresses of team members who need subscription notifications
  • Watched the demo video if this is your first time setting up

Steps

1. Reach out to your Siro CSM to initiate setup Contact your Siro Customer Success Manager to let them know you are ready to connect your CDK Drive integration. Once your CSM has reached back out to you, the steps below will begin. 2. Open the link your CSM sent you to the Siro app in the Fortellis Marketplace Click the link your CSM sent you. It will take you directly to the Siro app listing in the Fortellis Marketplace. 3. Subscribe / activate Click the Subscribe/Activate button on the Siro app listing page. 4. ConnectCDK credentials page You will be automatically redirected to the ConnectCDK Credentials page (Fortellis’ authentication portal for CDK). 5. Log in Enter your ConnectCDK login credentials. 6. Complete the activation workflow You will be guided through the following steps:
  1. Select locations — Choose the dealer locations you want to connect. If a location has sub-accounts, select the appropriate sub-account for each location.
  2. Agree to terms — Review and accept the App subscription terms and conditions.
  3. Review subscription and add notification emails — Review your subscription summary. Add the email addresses of anyone on your team who should receive subscription notifications, as well as your Siro CSM’s email address.
Once you complete these steps, Siro automatically receives an activation notification. Your CSM will take it from here — no further action is needed from you unless they reach out.

What happens next

After you activate, your Siro CSM will configure the integration on the Siro platform.
