Welcome! This guide explains what you need to do to connect your Auto/Mate DMS to Siro.

What you need to do

1. Send your dealership details to your Siro CSM

Before your CSM can prepare any forms, they need the following information for each rooftop/dealership location you want to connect. Please provide this for every location:
  • Dealership Code
  • Dealership Name
  • Dealership Address
  • Dealership City, Province/State
  • Dealership Postal Code/Zip
Multiple locations? Please submit a complete set of details for each location. A separate authorization form is required per rooftop, so the more complete your information, the faster your CSM can get the forms ready.

2. Receive your authorization form(s) from your Siro CSM

Once your CSM has your dealership details, they will send you a 3rd Party Authorization Form for each location. Review each form to confirm the details are correct before signing.

3. Sign and date each form

The Dealer Operator (owner, GM, or whoever holds signing authority at your store) needs to sign and date each form.
  • Use Google e-signature to sign and date the document
  • A separate signed form is required for each rooftop — do not use one signature for multiple locations

4. Return all signed forms to your CSM

Send the completed, signed forms back to your CSM by email (or however they’ve requested). Make sure every form is fully signed and dated before returning — incomplete forms will cause delays.

5. Your CSM handles the rest

Your CSM will submit the forms and set up the integration for each location. Here’s what happens behind the scenes:
  1. Your CSM submits the forms to the Motive Integrator Activate portal
  2. Auto/Mate reviews and activates your dealership’s API access
  3. Once confirmed, Siro receives a notification and a unique identifier for your store
  4. Your CSM will reach out to let you know the integration is live
That’s it! Once you return the signed forms, your CSM takes over. You don’t need to contact Auto/Mate directly.

What to expect

After your CSM submits the forms, activation typically takes a few business days on Auto/Mate’s end. Your CSM will notify you when data is flowing for each location.
