What this integration enables
Once connected, Siro syncs the following data from your Tekion ARC DMS in near real-time:- Deal records – VIN, stock number, sale date, deal type, and sale status, used to link recordings to F&I deals
- Repair orders – RO number, advisor, labor and parts totals, used to link service advisor recordings to open or closed ROs
- Service appointments – scheduled time, advisor, VIN, and reason for visit, used to surface appointment reminders ahead of a visit
- Customer records – name, phone, and email for customer context on recordings
- Employee records – used to automatically match Tekion employees to their Siro user accounts
Quick checklist
Before you start, make sure you have:- Access to your Tekion ARC application with admin or operator-level permissions
- Confirmed with your CSM which locations need to be connected
Note: Your Siro CSM initiates the connection request on their end before you take any action. If you don’t yet see a Siro vendor approval prompt in your Tekion system, check with your CSM to confirm they have submitted the activation request.
Steps
1. Open the Integration HubLog into your Tekion ARC application. In the top navigation, click the App Grid menu (the grid icon, usually in the top-right corner of the screen). In the menu that opens:
- Click the Apps tab
- Navigate to the APC section
- Click the Integration Hub tile – this opens the Integration Hub screen
Inside Integration Hub, you will see two tabs near the top of the screen:
- All Integrations – every available integration
- My Integrations – integrations you have already connected or requested
Use the search icon (magnifying glass icon, near the top of the integrations list) to search for Siro. The Siro integration tile will appear in the results. 4. Request the connection
Click the Request Connection button in the upper-right corner of the screen. A pop-up window titled Accept Data Permissions & T&C will appear. This is a two-tab window – you will need to go through both tabs in order. 5. Review data permissions
You will land on the Data Permissions tab first. This lists the specific data that Siro will access from your DMS (for example deal data and customer records). Read through the permissions. When you are ready, click the Next button in the lower-right corner of the pop-up to move to the next tab. 6. Accept terms and conditions
You are now on the Terms & Conditions tab. Review the publisher details and the authorizer details listed here. When you are ready, click Accept & Connect in the lower-right corner of the pop-up.
