Note: Please ensure that the email addresses associated with your users’ Siro accounts match those of their Ingage accounts for a seamless integration. Mismatches can prevent proper connection.
To setup your account, simply have an admin user of your Ingage and Siro accounts follow the process outlined below.
Steps to Connect:
- Get your Ingage API key
- You can find it by logging into your Ingage account (at teams.ingage.io), then clicking Manage > Company > Integrations > Public API Keys.
- Connect your Ingage account to Siro
- Head to the Integrations page in Siro’s web app by clicking https://app.siro.ai/#/integrations (you’ll need to log in not already in an active session)
- If that link isn’t working, log into Siro’s web app and then click the profile icon in the top right, then choose Integrations (on right side of screen) > New Integration > Ingage
- We recommend you name the integration “Ingage”
- Copy and paste the Ingage API key into the Siro form, and then click Create
Once you’ve completed these steps, you the systems should be integrated within an hour or two. You may need to close and re-open each application in order to see the connection take effect.
