Welcome! This guide explains what you need to do to connect your Ingage account to Siro.

What this integration enables

Ingage is a presentation platform used by home improvement sales reps to deliver digital slide decks during in-home appointments. The Siro–Ingage integration automatically syncs your Ingage slide activity into Siro recordings as presentation bookmarks – giving managers a visual record of exactly which slides were shown and when during each conversation. Bookmarks appear inline in the recording transcript in the Siro web dashboard, timestamped to the moment each slide was opened.
Note: This integration does not sync CRM data, create dispositions, or push notes anywhere. It is a media integration only – its purpose is enriching the Siro recording transcript with Ingage presentation context.

Before you begin

  • You need admin access to both your Siro and Ingage accounts to set up the integration.
  • Each rep’s email address must be identical in both Siro and Ingage. If emails don’t match, slides will not appear in that rep’s recordings.
  • Multi-device setups are supported. Reps can record on one device (e.g. phone) and present on a separate device (e.g. iPad) – as long as the same email is used on both, slides will link to the recording correctly.

Steps to connect

1. Get your Ingage API key
Log into your Ingage account at teams.ingage.io, then navigate to Manage → Company → Integrations → Public API Keys and copy your API key.
2. Connect your Ingage account to Siro
  • Go to the Integrations page in the Siro web app at https://app.siro.ai/#/integrations (log in if needed).
    • Alternatively: click the profile icon in the top right → IntegrationsNew IntegrationIngage.
  • Paste your Ingage API key into the form. Name the integration “Ingage”, then click Create.
Once connected, allow an hour or two for the systems to sync. You may need to close and re-open each application to see the connection take effect.
