Welcome! This guide explains what you need to do to connect your Paradigm Vendo account to Siro.
Note: Please ensure that the email addresses associated with your users’ Siro accounts match those of their Paradigm Vendo accounts. Mismatches can prevent recordings from being attributed to the correct rep.

What this integration enables

The Siro–Paradigm Vendo integration is a workflow integration, not a full CRM data sync. It allows reps to launch Siro recordings directly from within the Vendo app – keeping their workflow in one place without switching between apps manually. What it does today:
  • Reps can tap a Siro recording button inside Vendo to launch a recording without leaving the app.
  • After the appointment, reps are returned to Vendo once the recording is complete.
What it does not currently do:
  • Push recording summaries or notes into Vendo
  • Sync appointment or deal data between platforms
  • Sync outcome dispositions between Vendo and Siro
  • Trigger appointment reminders
If you’re looking for deeper CRM data sync capabilities alongside Vendo, those are available through Siro’s CRM integrations (such as Improveit360, HubSpot, Salesforce, etc.).

How it works for reps

  1. Rep opens the Paradigm Vendo app and begins an appointment.
  2. Rep taps the Siro recording button within Vendo.
  3. Vendo launches the Siro recording screen via a deep-link.
  4. Rep conducts and records the appointment in Siro as normal.
  5. Recording completes and the rep is returned to Vendo.
Tip: Keep your phone’s screen active during the transition from Vendo to Siro. If the app is backgrounded or the phone locks during the redirect, it can interrupt the recording.

Setup

There are two ways to set up this integration:

Through Paradigm Vendo (easier, preferred)

  1. As an admin, log into the Paradigm Vendo web app.
  2. Navigate to the Vendo Admin Portal, then follow this path: Manage > Offices > Integrations > Siro.ai (under Voice Recording Integrations) Paradigm Vendo integration settings
  3. Once enabled, all reps will automatically have the Siro recording button available when they start an appointment in Vendo.

Through Siro

If the Vendo admin path isn’t available to you, Siro can coordinate setup on your behalf:
  1. On your first manager kick-off call, your Siro CSM will confirm which users need to be enabled. All we need is each rep’s first name, last name, and email address.
  2. Siro will coordinate with the Paradigm Vendo team to get these enabled – typical turnaround is one to two business days.
  3. Once emails are confirmed, the Paradigm Vendo team will enable the feature at the user level, activating the recording button within Vendo for those reps.
  4. Your Siro CSM will verify everything is working during the first rep onboarding session.
