Note: Please ensure that the email addresses associated with your users’ Siro accounts match those of their Paradigm Vendo accounts for a seamless integration. Mismatches can prevent proper connection.
There are two ways for you to set up this integration:

Through Paradigm Vendo (easier, preferrred)

  1. As an admin, login to the Paradigm Vendo web app
  2. Navigate to the Vendo Admin Portal, then follow this click path:
    1. Manage > Offices > Integrations > Siro.ai (under Voice Recording Integrations) Image(1)
  3. Once you have this enabled, all reps will automatically trigger Siro to record and return to the app once they start the appointment in Vendo.

Through Siro (longer process)

  1. On the first manager kick-off call, your Siro CSM will confirm which users will be enabled. All we need is first name, last name, and email.
  2. We will coordinate with the Paradigm Vendo team to get these enabled (typical turnaround is a day or two)
  3. Once emails are confirmed, the dedicated Paradigm Vendo CSM will enable the feature flags at a user-level to activate the redirect button within Paradigm Vendo.
  4. Siro’s CSM will confirm this is active in the first rep onboarding.
