Note: Please ensure that the email addresses associated with your users’ Siro accounts match those of their CompanyCam accounts for a seamless integration. Mismatches can prevent proper connection.
Any user with admin access to both their Siro and CompanyCam accounts can set up the integration in just a few simple steps:
  1. Log into your Siro account
  2. Press the profile icon in the top right corner, then select the Integrations option from the dropdown list.
  3. From the Integrations page, press + New Integration in the top right corner.
  4. Select CompanyCam from the list of options, then press Connect your account
  5. Log into your CompanyCam account via the screen that appears.
Once you’ve completed these steps, the connection will be established, though it may take a couple hours for the data to begin appearing on either side. You can also view a video of the process here.
