Note: Please ensure that the email addresses associated with your users’ Siro accounts match those of their CompanyCam accounts for a seamless integration. Mismatches can prevent proper connection.
Any user with admin access to both their Siro and CompanyCam accounts can set up the integration in just a few simple steps:
- Log into your Siro account
- Press the profile icon in the top right corner, then select the Integrations option from the dropdown list.
- From the Integrations page, press + New Integration in the top right corner.
- Select CompanyCam from the list of options, then press Connect your account
- Log into your CompanyCam account via the screen that appears.
Once you’ve completed these steps, the connection will be established, though it may take a couple hours for the data to begin appearing on either side.
