Welcome! This guide explains what you need to do to connect your CompanyCam account to Siro.

What this integration enables

CompanyCam is a field photo documentation tool. The Siro–CompanyCam integration automatically matches jobsite photos taken in CompanyCam to the corresponding Siro recording, and displays them as photo bookmarks inline in the recording transcript – so managers and reps can see what was photographed at the exact moment it happened during the conversation. Each bookmark links directly back to the photo in CompanyCam. Photos are matched to recordings based on timestamp (the photo was taken during the recording window) and email address (the rep’s email must match in both systems).
Note: This integration does not sync CRM data, push notes or summaries to CompanyCam, or perform any entity extraction from photos. It is a media integration only.

Before you begin

  • You need admin access to both your Siro and CompanyCam accounts to set up the integration.
  • Each rep’s email address must be identical in both Siro and CompanyCam. If the emails don’t match, photos will not appear for that user. Even minor differences (capitalization, different email domain) will prevent matching.

Steps to connect

Any user with admin access to both accounts can set up the integration in just a few steps:
  1. Log into your Siro account.
  2. Press the profile icon in the top right corner, then select Integrations from the dropdown.
  3. Press + New Integration in the top right corner.
  4. Select CompanyCam from the list, then press Connect your account.
  5. Log into your CompanyCam account via the screen that appears to authorize the connection.
Once connected, it may take a couple of hours for photos to begin appearing in your recordings. You can also view a video walkthrough of the process here.
