What this integration enables
The Siro–SalesRabbit integration automatically links your Siro recordings to the corresponding SalesRabbit pin after each recording is completed. When a rep finishes a recording, Siro identifies the SalesRabbit pin geographically closest to where the recording ended and writes a link to the recording directly into that pin’s notes field – so managers can access the recording without leaving SalesRabbit. A few important things to know before setting up:- This integration requires a SalesRabbit account with a subscription tier higher than Basic, and an Admin or Owner role.
- Matching is based on GPS location at the time the recording ends – not when it uploads. Reps should stop the recording before moving away from the door to ensure the correct pin is matched.
- Siro writes a recording link to the pin’s notes field. If a rep visits the same address more than once, the most recent recording link will overwrite the previous one.
- Each rep must individually link their Siro account to SalesRabbit after setup is complete. Email matching is case-sensitive – reps must search using the exact capitalization of their SalesRabbit email address. Searching in all lowercase when the SalesRabbit account begins with a capital letter will return no results.
Steps to connect
1. Create a custom lead field for Siro within SalesRabbit- Log into the SalesRabbit web app.
- On the left-hand side, click Settings, then click Custom Lead Fields.
- Click API.
- Copy and paste
sirointo the title field of your new custom field. The title must match exactly – all lowercase.
- On the left-hand side, click Settings, then click Connectors.
- Click Create New.
- Enter the following fields:
- Connector Type: App Connect
- Name: Listen in Siro
- Connected to Lead?: Required
- Visibility: Select the entire org (topmost circle on the right-hand side)
- URL: Copy and paste the link below exactly – do not open it, just copy it.
- Click Save.
- On the left-hand side, click Integrations, then click API from the dropdown menu.
- Click API Token.
- Click Copy next to the newly created token – you’ll use it in the next step.
- Go to https://app.siro.ai/#/integrations, log in if needed, and press + New Legacy Integration.
- Select Sales Rabbit as your Integration Provider.
- Give the integration a name (e.g., “Sales Rabbit Integration”).
- Enter the API token from Step 3 in the API Token field.
- Click Create Integration.
After setup is complete, each rep must connect their own Siro account to SalesRabbit:
- In the Siro app, navigate to account settings and find the SalesRabbit linking option.
- Search for your SalesRabbit email address. Use the exact capitalization your SalesRabbit account uses – the search is case-sensitive. If your SalesRabbit email starts with a capital letter, search with that capital letter.
