To set up the integration between your SalesRabbit and Siro accounts, take the steps listed below.
Note: You’ll need to be an “Admin” or “Owner” of a SalesRabbit account that has a subscription tier higher than “Basic” to connect the accounts.

Steps to Connect

1. Create a custom lead field for Siro within SalesRabbit
  • Click this link to head to the SalesRabbit website (you’ll need to log in if you aren’t currently)
  • On the left hand side, click Settings, and then click Custom Lead Fields
  • Click API
  • Copy and paste “siro” into the title field of your new custom field. The title must match “siro” exactly (all lowercase; use the text below for easy copying/pasting)

2. Create a recording link for the Siro app (still within SalesRabbit)
  • On the left hand side, click Settings, and then click Connectors
  • Click Create New
  • Enter the following fields:
    • Connector Type: App Connect
    • Name: Listen in Siro
    • Connected to Lead?: required
    • Visibility: [entire org - select the topmost circle on the right hand side]
    • URL: Mouse over the box below ⬇️, and click “copy” in the top right corner of the box

    Note: what you enter must match this link exactly. Do not open the link just copy it using the overlapping rectangle buttons.
  • Once you’ve entered all thse fields, click Save
3. Create an API Key within SalesRabbit
  • On the left hand side, click Integrations, and then click API from the dropdown menu
  • Click API TOKEN
  • Click Copy next to the newly created token (you’ll use is for the next step)
4. Finalize connection (within Siro)
  • Go to https://app.siro.ai/#/integrations, log in (if not already), and press + New Legacy Integration
  • Select Sales Rabbit as your Integration Provider
  • Give the integration a name (e.g., “Sales Rabbit Integration”)
  • Enter the API key from section 3 where i=t says “API Token”
  • Click Create Integration
Once you’ve completed these steps, you the systems should be integrated within a few hours. You may need to close and re-open each application in order to see the connection take effect.
