Welcome! This guide explains what you need to do to connect your Leap SalesPro account to Siro.

What this integration enables

The Siro–Leap SalesPro integration is a workflow integration, not a full CRM data sync. Rather than syncing records and pushing notes between two databases, it allows reps to launch Siro recordings directly from within the SalesPro app – keeping their workflow in one place. What it does today:
  • Reps can tap a Siro button inside SalesPro to launch a recording without switching apps manually.
  • After the appointment, reps are returned to SalesPro once the recording is complete.
What it does not currently do:
  • Push recording summaries or notes into SalesPro
  • Sync appointment or deal data between platforms
  • Trigger appointment reminders
  • Auto-populate SalesPro estimate fields from Siro transcripts (this is on the roadmap)
If you’re looking for deeper CRM data sync capabilities, those are available through Siro’s other integrations (HubSpot, Salesforce, LeadPerfection, etc.).

How to set up

The Leap SalesPro integration is configured from within the Leap SalesPro admin dashboard – not via the Siro dashboard. For step-by-step directions, refer to: 👉 Leap’s setup guide: help.leaptodigital.com/s/article/Siro-SalesPro Once configured, the integration will appear in the Siro app under Integrations. The systems should be connected within a few hours. You may need to close and re-open each application for the connection to take effect.

How it works for reps

  1. Rep opens the Leap SalesPro app and starts a sales appointment.
  2. Rep taps the Siro button within SalesPro.
  3. SalesPro briefly redirects to the Siro recording screen.
  4. Rep conducts the appointment and records with Siro as normal.
  5. When finished, Siro completes the recording and the rep is returned to SalesPro.
Tip: Keep your phone’s screen active during the recording. If the app is backgrounded or the phone locks during the redirect, it can interrupt the recording.
