Note: Please ensure that the email addresses associated with your users’ Siro accounts match those of their i360 accounts for a seamless integration. Mismatches can prevent proper connection.
What this integration enables
The Siro–Improveit360 integration connects recorded sales conversations directly to your CRM, so your team can capture, analyze, and act on customer interactions without manual data entry. Once configured, the integration can:- Sync your i360 appointments to Siro so recordings are automatically linked to the right engagement records, and reps receive reminders to record ahead of appointments.
- Push AI-generated call summaries and notes from Siro directly into the associated i360 appointment record.
- Auto-fill i360 fields using Siro’s data extraction engine, which pulls structured data from transcripts (e.g., products offered, next steps, quoted price, conversation summary) and writes it back to your CRM.
Before you begin
Before starting setup, ensure:- You have Salesforce admin credentials for your i360 org. (Improveit360 is built on Salesforce, so a Salesforce admin account is required to authorize the connection.)
- The Siro app is not blocked in your Salesforce Connected Apps settings. If your org restricts third-party OAuth connections, your admin will need to allow it before setup can be completed. You can check this at:
https://{your-tenant}.my.salesforce-setup.com/lightning/setup/ConnectedAppsUsage/home - You are ready to complete authorization via the secure link Siro will send you. Do not attempt to add Siro as a Connected App directly in Salesforce – this will fail. Setup must go through the link Siro provides.
Steps to connect
1. Contact your Siro Customer Success ManagerWe’ll need to initiate the integration from our side. Reach out to the team member you’ve been in touch with and we’ll get started. Let us know whether your org is on i360 Classic or i360 Lightning. 2. Complete authorization via Merge
Our team will provide a secure magic link that routes you to the onboarding flow via Merge, an integration-enabling tool we use. A few things to keep in mind:
- The link should display “Siro.ai” as the connecting application (not just “Siro”). If it shows something different, contact your Customer Success Manager before proceeding.
- When prompted to log in, use the Merge OAuth / Salesforce login option – do not enter your Salesforce credentials directly into a form field. Using the wrong path results in an authentication error, and you’ll need a new link to try again.
- The magic link expires after approximately 7 days. If you don’t complete authorization within that window, request a new link from your Customer Success Manager.
Once Merge confirms the connection, Siro begins syncing your i360 appointment and account data. It may take a few hours for data to begin appearing in both platforms. 4. Only if needed: Manual rep matching
If any email addresses differ between Siro and i360, you can manually match reps to their i360 accounts from the Users tab in the Siro web app. Once mapped, Siro will retain the connection for all future syncing.
Required permissions
The Salesforce admin account used to authorize the connection must have sufficient access to:i360_Appointment__c(SalesAppointment) records when using i360 Classici360core__Sales_Appointment__c(SalesAppointment) records when using i360 Lightning- When using i360 Lightning, recording URLs will automatically land in a custom field:
i360core__Sales_Appointment__c.i360core__Recording_Link__c
- When using i360 Lightning, recording URLs will automatically land in a custom field:
- Account / Prospect records
- User records
