Steps to connect
1. Contact your Siro Customer Success ManagerWe’ll need to initiate the integration from our side. Reach out to the team member you’ve been in touch with and we’ll get started ASAP. 2. Complete authorization via Merge
Our team will provide a secure link that routes you to the onboarding flow for Merge, an integration-enabling tool we use. Through Merge, you’ll log in with your i360 credentials and authorize the connection — then you’re done. Merge handles the secure data sync behind the scenes. 3. Establish the Integration
Once Merge confirms the connection with our systems, Siro begins to initiate ongoing synchronization of data with i360. It may take a few hours for data to begin cross 4. Only If Needed: Manual Matching**If any emails differ between systems, you can manually match reps to their i360 accounts from the Users tab in Siro’s web app. Once mapped, Siro will retain the connection for all future syncing. Once connected, every sales appointment will have a conversation summary and link to the Siro recording embedded directly within the object. Plus, each recording within the Siro platform will automatically display the appointment name — giving managers and reps full context on the conversation and its impact. Need additional assistance?
