Note: Please ensure that the email addresses associated with your users’ Siro accounts match those of their Zoho CRM accounts for a seamless integration. Mismatches can prevent proper connection.
What this integration enables
The Siro–Zoho CRM integration connects your recorded sales conversations directly to your CRM, so your team can capture, analyze, and act on customer interactions without manual data entry. Once configured, the integration can:- Give Siro access to Zoho CRM deal and meeting data so recordings are automatically linked to the right records, and reps receive reminders to record ahead of appointments.
- Push AI-generated call summaries and recording links from Siro directly into the associated Zoho CRM deal – no manual copy-paste required.
- Auto-fill Zoho CRM fields using Siro’s data extraction engine, which pulls structured data from transcripts (e.g., products offered, next steps, quoted price, conversation summary) and writes it back to your CRM.
- Match recordings to the right contacts and deals using Siro’s CRM record matching – reps can also manually link recordings to records from within the Siro app.
Before you begin
Before starting setup, ensure:- You have Zoho CRM admin credentials or sufficient API access to authorize a third-party OAuth connection.
- The email addresses on your users’ Siro accounts match those on their Zoho CRM accounts. If they differ, user-level linking will not work correctly.
- The authorizing user has sufficient access to the following Zoho CRM objects: Meetings, Leads, Contacts, Accounts, Deals, and Users.
Steps to connect
1. Contact your Siro Customer Success ManagerWe’ll need to initiate the integration from our side. Reach out to the team member you’ve been in touch with and we’ll get started. 2. Complete authorization via Merge
Our team will provide a secure magic link that routes you to the onboarding flow via Merge, an integration-enabling tool we use. Through Merge, you’ll log in with your Zoho CRM credentials and authorize the connection – then you’re done. Merge handles the secure data sync behind the scenes. A few things to keep in mind:
- The link should display “Siro.ai” as the connecting application. If it shows something different, contact your Customer Success Manager before proceeding.
- The magic link expires after approximately 7 days. If you don’t complete authorization within that window, request a new link from your Customer Success Manager.
Once Merge confirms the connection, Siro begins syncing your Zoho CRM data. It typically takes one to two hours for data to begin appearing in both platforms. 4. Data sync begins
After syncing is confirmed, Siro imports your Zoho CRM deal and meeting data, and links each sales conversation to its associated record. Recording summaries and links are written back to the corresponding deal in Zoho CRM automatically.
A note on Zoho’s data model
Zoho CRM uses Meetings as the primary engagement and appointment entity. Unlike some other CRMs, Zoho Meetings are not always linked to an Account, Contact, or Deal – they can exist independently. For the best experience with Siro, we recommend ensuring your Zoho Meetings are linked to the appropriate Contact, Lead, or Account records, and that Meetings are associated with a Deal where a sales opportunity exists. When a Meeting has no CRM record link, Siro will do its best to match it using the meeting subject line – but linking accuracy and appointment list visibility will be higher when the association exists in Zoho.Need additional assistance?
